Sheet Pan Conecuh & Potatoes

Ingredients: • 1lb Conecuh Sausage • Onion – Sliced into large but still bite-sized chunks. • Potatoes – preferably yellow or red potatoes because they are a  little creamier and get nice and crispy around the edges. • Olive Oil – You’ll need 1⁄4 cup for coating the potatoes, veggies  and sausage. • Spices and Seasonings – Kosher salt, ground thyme, paprika,  black pepper. • Lemon Juice – 1tbs • Fresh Parsley – A little minced to toss with the finished dish. Directions: 1. Chop up the Conecuh, potatoes and onion and toss everything with olive oil and a simple seasoning blend of salt, pepper, dried thyme and smoky paprika. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to brighten it all up, then pour it all onto a sheet pan. 2. Your oven should be preheated to 400°F.   This Chili Cheese Dog Bake is nothing short of amazing. Here’s the deal – it’s 7 simple ingredient, less than 30 minutes till it’s on your table, and  WOW  – it’s so delicious. Ingredients 1 can, 14 to 15 oz chili, heated 1 pizza crust, can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic 4 Cheddar cheese sticks 4 hot dogs, all-beef 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes Instructions Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch square or 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Pour hot chili into dish; spread evenly. Unroll dough; cut into 4 strips. Cut 1 cheese stick in half lengthwise; place 1 half on each side of 1 hot dog. Wrap pizza dough strip around cheese and hot dog, overlapping slightly in center. This delicious easy ground beef dinner recipe is one of my go-to dinner ideas for busy nights because it’s so quick and easy. Since it’s a simple dish the whole family will like, you might want to add this Stove Top Meatloaf recipe into your weekly rotation! Ingredients 2 lb. Lean ground beef 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken 2 Eggs, beaten 1 small onion, diced 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce 1/2 cup Ketchup Directions HEAT oven to 350°F PLACE meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup in bowl. MIX just until blended. SHAPE into loaf in 13×9-inch baking dish. TOP with remaining barbecue sauce and ketchup blended together.  Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF or greater internal temperature). While most people assume the name comes from the sandwich's loose meat, it's actually the name of the bar in Key West, FL where it was invented. Ingredients for 4-6 servings: 1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef 1/2 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 diced green or red or orange or yellow bell pepper 3/4 cup ketchup dash of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 cups water 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper Hamburger Buns Watch this YouTube video to see how it’s done.

You can cut this recipe in half for a smaller gathering of guests. Ingredients 12 eggs, beaten 1 ½ pounds ground breakfast sausage 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 7 slices white bread, torn into pieces Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease, and set aside to cool. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate large bowl, combine the sausage, bread and 12 ounces of the cheese. Mix well and pour this into the egg mixture. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes, uncover, and bake until casserole is golden brown and bubbly. YouTube Video

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

This slow cooker apple crisp is the perfect dessert that you can get cooking ahead of time. If you love tender apples topped with a crunchy oat mix, you will enjoy it. INGREDIENTS 6 apples, cut into chunks 1 tsp cinnamon, ground 2 Tbsp lemon juice Topping 200 g (7.1 oz) plain flour 150 g (5.3 oz) unsalted butter, cubed 110 g (3.9 oz) brown sugar 85 g (3 oz) oats 1 tsp nutmeg, ground 1 tsp cinnamon, ground INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl, rub together the flour, butter, brown sugar, oats, nutmeg and the cinnamon using your fingers. Rub together until it resembles large breadcrumbs. In the slow cooker, add the chopped apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix, so the apple is lightly coated in the lemon juice. Add the crumble mix on top. Cook on low for 5 hours or until the apples are tender. For the last hour, slightly move the lid so that moisture can escape.
