Meat Loaf With Stuffing Mix

This delicious easy ground beef dinner recipe is one of my go-to dinner ideas for busy nights because it’s so quick and easy. Since it’s a simple dish the whole family will like, you might want to add this Stove Top Meatloaf recipe into your weekly rotation! Ingredients 2 lb. Lean ground beef 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken 2 Eggs, beaten 1 small onion, diced 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce 1/2 cup Ketchup Directions HEAT oven to 350°F PLACE meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup in bowl. MIX just until blended. SHAPE into loaf in 13×9-inch baking dish. TOP with remaining barbecue sauce and ketchup blended together.  Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF or greater internal temperature). For such an iconic retro dish, the Sloppy Joe is very misundersto od. While most people assume the name comes from the sandwich's loose meat, it's actually the name of the bar in Key West, FL where it was invented. Ingredients for 4-6 servings: 1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef 1/2 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 diced green or red or orange or yellow bell pepper 3/4 cup ketchup dash of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 cups water 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper Hamburger Buns Watch this YouTube video to see how it’s done.

Egg Casserole

You can cut this recipe in half for a smaller gathering of guests. Ingredients 12 eggs, beaten 1 ½ pounds ground breakfast sausage 16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 7 slices white bread, torn into pieces Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease, and set aside to cool. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate large bowl, combine the sausage, bread and 12 ounces of the cheese. Mix well and pour this into the egg mixture. Top with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes, uncover, and bake until casserole is golden brown and bubbly. YouTube Video

It is a popular dish that can be prepared in a variety of ways, with many different ingredients and variations. The dish is often made with ground beef or pork, but can also be made with other of ground meat such as chicken, turkey or lamb. The patties are typically seasoned with a blend of spices and herbs. Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

This slow cooker apple crisp is the perfect dessert that you can get cooking ahead of time. If you love tender apples topped with a crunchy oat mix, you will enjoy it. INGREDIENTS 6 apples, cut into chunks 1 tsp cinnamon, ground 2 Tbsp lemon juice Topping 200 g (7.1 oz) plain flour 150 g (5.3 oz) unsalted butter, cubed 110 g (3.9 oz) brown sugar 85 g (3 oz) oats 1 tsp nutmeg, ground 1 tsp cinnamon, ground INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl, rub together the flour, butter, brown sugar, oats, nutmeg and the cinnamon using your fingers. Rub together until it resembles large breadcrumbs. In the slow cooker, add the chopped apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix, so the apple is lightly coated in the lemon juice. Add the crumble mix on top. Cook on low for 5 hours or until the apples are tender. For the last hour, slightly move the lid so that moisture can escape. Broiled Thai Sweet Chili Salmon

Unbelievably tender salmon glazed with a garlic soy and sweet chili sauce and cooked under the broiler.  Ingredients 4-6 6 oz salmon fillets with or without skin 1/4 cup Asian sweet chili sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce divided 2 garlic cloves minced Instructions Whisk chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a ziplock bag. Place salmon in the marinade and cover completely with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or seal bag if using a ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Broil salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice or steam veggies. Enjoy! Video

This homemade chicken pot pie recipe streamlines your work by using frozen mixed vegetables, a can of condensed cream of chicken soup and your “secret ingredient,” Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 cup chopped cooked chicken. This can be prepackaged chopped or cubed chicken. 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 egg Directions 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Easy Sausage Breakfast Casserole (4 Ingredients!)

If you’re looking for quick and easy breakfast ideas, this one will feed the entire family! Even the kids love it. This simple breakfast casserole is made with cheap and tasty ingredients that are a breeze to put together.  Ingredients 1 Pillsbury crescent roll tube (8oz) 1 pound mild breakfast sausage 6 eggs (blended) 2 heaping cups of shredded cheddar cheese Instructions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Brown the sausage in a skillet and remove any excess grease with a paper towel. Cover the bottom of your greased baking dish with the crescent dough, squishing the seams together with your fingers. Top the dough with an even layer of the browned sausage. Pour the blended eggs over top, and then sprinkle evenly with a generous amount of cheese. I use 2 heaping cups full! Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese turns a nice golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.

Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients 6   oz   boxed stuffing mix   or 3 to 4 cups homemade stuffing 1 ¼   cup   hot water 2   cans   cooked canned chicken ⅓   cup   sour cream 10.5   oz   cream of chicken soup   or homemade condensed soup 3   cups   frozen mixed vegetables   defrosted Instructions Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix together hot water and stuffing mix in a medium bowl. Set aside to rest for 5m minutes. In a greased 9x13 inch pan, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables. Mix well. Top with the stuffing mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.  Notes Combine stuffing and hot water first so it can soak up the water while you prep the rest.   Fill Pillsbury™ crescent dinner rolls with pepperoni to make these cheesy sandwiches that are ready in 25 minutes - perfect for dinner.   INGREDIENTS One can of crescent rolls One-quarter cup of pizza sauce Some pepperonis Almost one-quarter cup of mozzarella cheese Half a cup of parmesan cheese A little green onion INSTRUCTIONS Take a can of crescent rolls open it up and unroll it carefully and rip it into four rectangles. Now take a jar of pizza sauce and put a dollop (almost two tablespoons) on one half of each rectangle. (Organic kind sauce is the best for the taste.) In the next step now take some pepperonis and layer at least three pepperonis on each rectangle right on top of the pizza sauce dollop. Now take some fresh mozzarella cheese and put it on the top of pepperonis almost two tablespoons of cheese on each piece.
